WARRANTY

As an official dealer of various top brands, we only supply vehicles of the best quality. We support you with your vehicle with the best possible service, even after your purchase.
Unfortunately, it can happen that something unexpected happens with your bee MOEVS purchased e-step, e-bike, e-scooter, Onewheel or e-car. We will then get you back on the road as soon as possible or solve the problem for you.

Register warranty
Please read the information below and send an email to service@moevs. Nl containing the following:
– Purchase invoice
– Clear description of the problem
– Photos and/or videos to support the problem.
This is the fastest way to get you back on the road as quickly as possible. We will get started on it as soon as possible!

PLEASE NOTE: It is NOT possible to process warranty issues by telephone. Just send an email and we will get back to you as soon as possible so you can get back on the road!

General warranty conditions
At MOEVS we use a standard factory warranty of 2 years* on all our products. 
* For different warranty conditions of some brands, also read the sections below.

Warranty claim provisions:
1. The product must be with MOEVS have been purchased. 2. The warranty period has not yet expired. This takes effect at the time of your purchase, the invoice date is the determining factor. 3. Warranties are not transferable to other persons upon sale of the product. 4. Warranty does not apply if damage is caused by short circuit or power surges. 5. The warranty does not apply to wear parts such as tires, brake pads, etc. 6. The warranty does NOT apply in any case if: - the product has become extremely wet - the product has been jumped on or with exceptional forces have been carried out - there are scratches or pieces missing because the product has been used - the product has been dropped or hit something hard - the maximum weight limits of the product have been exceeded - demonstrable maintenance has not been carried out on the product at normal intervals - there third party accessories/parts partijs have been installed or maintenance has been carried out by third parties - the product has not been used as recommended in the brand's manuals and warranty conditions - the damage is due to intent and/or negligence

Handling the warranty claim:
Onewheel: This brand's warranty issues go through Onewheel yourself. You can register your vehicle for warranty by emailing support@onewheel. Com.

Segway-Ninebot e-steps: The warranty issues regarding the e-steps from this brand go through Segway yourself. You can register your vehicle for warranty by emailing segway-nl@sertec360.com. The guarantee of the e-scooters go through us.

All other brands: All warranty claims are first discussed with the manufacturer or distributor before a claim is accepted, the manufacturer always has the final and final decision. The warranty is so-called “carry-in”, which means that the product and everything that comes with it will have to be shipped or brought to us at your own expense if the claim is accepted. If the repair falls within the conditions of the warranty, the repair and possible shipping costs to the manufacturer are covered. If the repair is ultimately not covered by the warranty, all costs are yours to bear.

Supplementary Provisions:
Additional conditions apply to some brands:

Onewheel: The Onewheels have a 2 year or 2.000km warranty against manufacturing defects (whichever comes first is the most important), except on some parts. The battery, footboards and wheel have a warranty period of 6 months or 1.000 km against manufacturing defects (whichever comes first is the most important).

SUPER73: Batteries have a warranty period of 2 years with or 500 charging cycles (whichever comes first is the most important). During this period the battery should not fall below a charging capacity of 70%.

WATT: Batteries have a warranty period of 2 years or 500 charging cycles (whichever comes first is what matters).


MATE: Batteries have a warranty period of 2 years with or 500 charging cycles (whichever comes first is the most important). During this period the battery should not fall below a charging capacity of 70%.

In the event of defects outside the warranty conditions, you can of course still contact us MOEVS for repair and maintenance. We will then look together for the right solution for you.
