Lease-a-bike: Business

You will receive a registration code from your employer that you can use to activate your lease contract through us. Fill in the lease application form, stating the registration code and which bicycle you want to lease, including accessories. Please note that you are in possession of an approved lock for the insurance!

If you indicate directly with your application which insurance package you want to use, we can process your application as quickly as possible. You can opt for a standard or premium insurance package via Lease-a-bike.

Since it is a lease application, we will always be forced to charge a fee of 8% of the total sales price in the form of construction and delivery for the bicycle plus accessories.

We will then submit your application to the Lease-a-bike online platform from which you have also received login details. In this way you, your employer and Lease-a-bike can agree, after which you will receive a pin code from Lease-a-bike. Finally, we need this code to be able to deliver your bicycle. After this, your lease contract will also be activated and we will deliver your ordered bicycle including accessories.

O2O: Commercial

With O2O and your employer you can make an application yourself. We will then receive a message from O2O and we will ensure that we send you the quote of the desired bicycle including accessories. Please note that we always include a fee of 8% of the total sales price.

When everything is approved, we can deliver your bike and your lease contract will start!

Cyclis: Commercial 

If you want to lease a bicycle via Cyclis you can use the lease application form to request a free quote. Let us know which bike you would like to lease including accessories so that we can send you a quote in advance. Please note that we always include a fee of 8% of the total sales price in the form of construction and delivery.

You can then send the quote to your employer and Cyclis go for approval. When we get a message from Cyclis that everything is approved, we can deliver the bike including accessories! Your lease contract will start from here.

National bicycle projects / Fiscfree: Business

Is your employer allowed to use a bicycle plan? Then National bicycle projects is the partme with whom we work. You will receive a form from your employer with a registration code on it. We need this code to register on the Fiscfree platform.

Fill in the lease request form, stating the registration code and which bicycle you want to lease, including accessories, so that we can send you a non-binding quote and register in the platform. Please note that we are always forced to pass on € 150 on top of the total sales price as a fee. Once everything has been approved, we can deliver the bike including accessories to you!

Friesland-lease (Lease bike): Business and partindividual

Via Leasefiets it is possible to buy each model both partcommercially and commercially to lease. If you would like to receive a proposal for this, please fill in the lease application form on our website. Please state clearly which bicycle and which accessories you would like to lease so that we can send you a non-binding offer.
